Boys Wing Coordinator

The Educators Elite Campus (Main Campus) is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Male Boys Wing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the academic and administrative operations of the Boys Wing.
• Mentor and support teachers to enhance teaching and learning.
• Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and student performance.
• Ensure discipline, student well-being, and a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership.
• Plan and oversee academic and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5–6 years of teaching experience, with prior coordination or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and school operations.
