Job Summary – Customer Care Executive (Inbound US Voice | Sales & Upselling)
The Customer Care Executive will handle inbound calls from US customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving queries, and maximizing revenue on every call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound US customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services
  • Upsell and close sales on every eligible call
  • Resolve objections and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update customer details and sales in CRM
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in customer service/sales (call center preferred)
  • Sales-driven mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with rotational US shifts
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
