About the Role:
Atheel CX is seeking a Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Sales Representative to drive business growth by promoting HR outsourcing solutions to new and existing clients. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for HRO services.
• Promote HR outsourcing solutions including recruitment, payroll, staffing, and HR operations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HRO, staffing, or HR services.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing services and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with strong closing skills.
