Job Summary

Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring smooth flow of daily operations
• Must have knowledge of braiding styles​ like knotless boho braids
• Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
• Support store management with retail sales efforts through upselling and retail math skills to boost revenue and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency with salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products confidently
• Demonstrated store management or mentoring experience is a plus for leadership potential
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters client loyalty
