Duties
- Develop and refine comprehensive brain training curricula tailored to diverse age groups and learning needs, including early childhood education, school-aged children, and adults.
- Implement innovative learning technology tools to create interactive and engaging training sessions that promote cognitive growth.
- Conduct personalized tutoring sessions and group classes focused on enhancing memory, attention, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Manage classroom environments effectively by applying strong classroom management techniques to maintain focus and motivation among learners.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to assess individual progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
- Lead workshops on brain health, neuroplasticity, and effective learning strategies for various audiences.
- Track learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in curriculum development for cognitive training or educational programs.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools used in brain training or educational settings.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience across different age groups, including early childhood education or adult learning environments.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students of varying backgrounds and abilities.
- Experience working with children, including preschool or childcare settings, as well as special education needs.
- Knowledge of lesson planning techniques tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
