This is a full-time on-site role for a Brainwave Consultant, located in Punjab, Pakistan. The Brainwave Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, conduct analytical assessments, facilitate problem-solving sessions, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. The consultant will integrate creative thinking methods into project planning and contribute to social impact initiatives by enhancing strategies and practices within the organization.

• Skills in strategy development, project management, and decision-making
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, facilitation, and collaboration
• Ability to apply sustainable practices and drive social impact initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience in consultancy or impact-driven projects preferred
