Finnco Fabricating LLC forms and rolls heavy metal plate, angles, channels and beams. We specialize in large fabrications, tanks and structural elements for industrial equipment, construction, agricultural equipment, cement processing, machinery and other industrial markets.

This position requires an individual with prior brake press experience forming heavy metal plate. The candidate should be able to set up and operate brake presses; read prints; and form parts to specification. Experience with other related operations, such as plate rolling, beveling, grinding, material handling and welding, is a plus.

As a Brake Press Operator you will be integral to Finnco's manufacturing process, utilizing blueprint reading, forming and fabrication skills, shop math and general mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, for quality inspection.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain safety standards.
• Fabricate metal parts using hand tools and machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
