This exceptional entry-level opportunity offers structured, hands-on training across three core areas of the branch, including Customer Information Files (CIF) data entry, Front Desk Operations, and Teller Services.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional seeking to build a long-term career in private banking. You will gain exposure to client onboarding, account maintenance, cash handling, and daily branch operations while working in a highly professional, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Agent

• Greet and assist clients and visitors
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls
• Support general branch administrative needs

Customer Information Files (CIF)

• Enter new account data using Salesforce CRM and Bankmate
• Process account changes
• Close accounts as directed by Client Services

Teller Services

• Process cash withdrawals, cash and check deposits
• Perform daily cash reconciliations
• Review and process mobile check deposits
• Execute foreign currency transactions

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bilingual (Spanish, French, Arabic) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this role is up to $60,000 commensurate with experience.
