JOB DESCRPTION:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
• Address patient complaints and grievances efficiently.
• Ensure proper management of hospital supplies, medical equipment, and inventory.
• Staff Coordination & Training. Support the HR team in employee engagement and performance management.
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
• Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
• Implement patient retention and loyalty programs.
• Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
