Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead our team at Multan branch. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, relevant industry experience, and the ability to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide staff to achieve targets and maintain service quality.
• Develop business strategies to increase student recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage teams effectively.
• Professional, organized, and client-focused personality.
