Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Faisalabad branch. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in education consultancy, proven leadership abilities, and a results-oriented approach to managing teams and operations. This is a key leadership role focused on driving performance, fostering team development, and expanding branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Faisalabad branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop strategic plans to drive branch performance and meet company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the education consultancy sector.
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting for the branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience and of that 3 years of management experience in education consultancy is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
