Lead the team in executing daily operations, classes, parties, and customer service.

Implement policies and standards that ensure safety, consistency, and a high-quality family experience.

Manage staff communication (meetings, updates, event coordination).

Work front desk shifts daily to support coverage and stay connected to daily operations.

Ensure the facility is clean, safe, organized, and fully prepared for classes and parties.

Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and improvements with the Facilities Director.

Maintain high-energy, safe, developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs.

Observe classes and coaches to ensure consistency and strong execution.

Use feedback, evaluations, and parent input to assess and elevate class quality.

Ensure curriculum standards are met while supporting creativity and age-appropriate adjustments.

Collaborate with the team to refine class quality and effectiveness.

Ensure all parties deliver an exceptional, fun, and organized guest experience.

Train and coach party hosts on safety, flow, communication, and engagement.

Oversee setup, execution, and cleanup to ensure consistent quality.

Gather feedback and implement improvements.

Support parties directly when needed.

Create and manage schedules for coaches, front desk, and party hosts to ensure full coverage.

Balance staffing needs with employee availability and time-off requests.

Manage shift changes and inter-department coordination.

Use effective tools and communication to maintain clarity and consistency.

Provide front desk coverage during peak times or gaps.

Ensure accurate execution of check-ins, registrations, payments, retail sales, and parent communication.

Train front desk staff on service standards, system use, and conflict resolution.

Stay connected to client experience through direct daily interaction.

Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and hold staff accountable to performance and values.

Conduct check-ins, evaluations, and goal-setting conversations.

Address performance issues promptly and constructively.

Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, transitions, and terminations.

Participate in weekly, quarterly, and yearly Level-10 meetings. Planning and rock execution as needed.

Conduct and receive bi-annual performance and people analyzer reviews.
- 1+ years of experience effectively leading teams and managing operations within a recreational or child-centric environment.

Proven track record in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for families and children.

Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver high-quality programs.

Ability to develop and implement engaging programs, events, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers and enhance the overall experience for children and families.
