The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service for consumer durable products. The role involves managing retail and distribution activities, supervising staff, optimizing inventory and showroom operations, and achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. The Branch Manager will build strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and key customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage branch operations, sales teams, and service teams.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales, collection, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure effective product display, merchandising, and customer experience in the showroom.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and timely replenishment.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high service standards.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and local promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in consumer durables, appliances, electronics, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership, sales management, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and channel management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
