ob Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, achieving sales and service targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading the team to deliver high-quality wellness services in line with Vecura Wellness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day sales of the branch effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, service, and collection targets.
  • Supervise and motivate all branch staff (doctors, therapists, slimming and beauty teams).
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations promptly.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and share updates on targets and performance.
  • Coordinate with Zonal Head and other departments (HR, Accounts, Marketing) for smooth functioning.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene, ambiance, and overall client experience.
  • Review reports on sales, client feedback, and staff productivity regularly.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and attendance management for branch employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, or retail industry (managerial experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
