ob Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, achieving sales and service targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading the team to deliver high-quality wellness services in line with Vecura Wellness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day sales of the branch effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, service, and collection targets.
- Supervise and motivate all branch staff (doctors, therapists, slimming and beauty teams).
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations promptly.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct daily team meetings and share updates on targets and performance.
- Coordinate with Zonal Head and other departments (HR, Accounts, Marketing) for smooth functioning.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, ambiance, and overall client experience.
- Review reports on sales, client feedback, and staff productivity regularly.
- Handle recruitment, training, and attendance management for branch employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, or retail industry (managerial experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
