1. Branch Operations & Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Human Resources:
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
4. Accounting & Finance:
- Manage branch budgets, billing, petty cash, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the central accounts team for audits and tax compliance.
- Maintain financial discipline at the branch level.
5. IT & Infrastructure:
- Ensure smooth functioning of branch IT systems.
- Coordinate with the IT team for infrastructure support and upgrades.
- Maintain data security and system backups.
6. Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in branch or operations management.
- Strong knowledge in HR processes, accounting principles, IT basics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP software, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multi-department coordination.
- Strong decision-making and crisis management abilities.
