Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Rajkot. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations and lead efforts to achieve the company's business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing a team, and providing coaching and guidance to achieve high performance. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Strong sales, customer service, and business development skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating strategic plans
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in using business software, tools, and reporting systems
