Job Summary:

Horti Club is looking for a competent and experienced Branch Manager to manage our shop operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a well-known brand and possess strong management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch
• Manage and supervise staff performance
• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Maintain discipline and professional environment at the branch
• Monitor sales activities and overall branch performance
• Handle basic administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Lahore
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience with a well-known brand
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary:

PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
