Branch Manager – Hajj & Umrah Travel Agency (Responsibilities)
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth handling of Hajj and Umrah travel services
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate guidance on packages, visa processes, and travel requirements
- Supervise and support staff, including sales agents and customer service representatives
- Achieve branch sales targets and develop strategies to increase bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and partners in Makkah and Madinah
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and travel policies related to Hajj and Umrah
- Handle documentation processes including visa applications and travel itineraries
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control branch expenses
- Resolve customer complaints and handle any travel-related issues efficiently
- Train staff on updated Hajj & Umrah procedures, packages, and customer service standards
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer data
- Promote company services through marketing campaigns and local outreach
