Job Title: Branch Manager

We are looking for a result driven Branch Manager who can take full ownership of store operations and drive performance across sales, staff, and customer experience. This role is about leadership, accountability, and delivering consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete branch operations including sales, staff, and inventory
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team performance
• Manage, train, and supervise sales staff to improve productivity
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and prevent shortages
• Maintain store discipline, SOP implementation, and visual standards
• Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure smooth coordination with head office and other branches

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management (preferably fashion/apparel)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of sales strategies and store operations
• Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibility independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
