Key Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with head office for procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods
  • Maintain operational standards, safety, and regulatory compliance

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive branch sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Manage stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and shrinkage prevention
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries
  • Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing goods

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures
  • Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and cash flow management
  • Track KPIs such as sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Maintain discipline and a productive work environment

Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle major customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RO1,300.000 per month
