Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with head office for procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods
- Maintain operational standards, safety, and regulatory compliance
Sales & Business Development
- Drive branch sales targets and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Manage stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and shrinkage prevention
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing goods
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and cash flow management
- Track KPIs such as sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals
- Maintain discipline and a productive work environment
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle major customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
