Branch Manager

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our cafe.

Your Role

• Greet customers warmly and handle cash transactions quickly and accurately.
• Process payments via cash, card, and mobile payment systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
• Provide information about the menu, promotions, and store services.
• Assist with order taking and packaging as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Your Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cafe management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cafe operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
