Branch Manager - Aesthetic Clinic

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Hair & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will oversee clinic operations, sales performance, staff management, patient experience, and revenue growth while ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

This role is ideal for candidates from healthcare, cosmetology, dermatology, wellness, aesthetic, or clinic management backgrounds.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall branch operations including front office, doctors, therapists, and technicians
• Drive sales, conversions, and monthly targets for hair, skin, and aesthetic treatments
• Ensure excellent patient consultation experience and follow-ups
• Monitor appointments, walk-ins, and lead conversions
• Handle staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Maintain clinic hygiene, protocols, and SOP compliance
• Oversee billing, cash handling, MIS reports, and daily collections
• Coordinate with head office on targets, offers, and marketing campaigns
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally
• Ensure inventory management of medicines, consumables, and equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare, or any related field
• 2–5 years of experience as Branch Manager / Clinic Manager / Operations Manager
• Experience in Hair Clinic, Skin Clinic, Aesthetic Clinic, Wellness or Hospital setup preferred
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and customer relationship management
• Good communication skills in English & local language
• Ability to manage targets, team performance, and patient satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
