Job Title: Branch Manager – Digital Marketing Unit

Position Overview:

The Branch Manager – Digital Marketing Unit will be responsible for overseeing the operations, growth, and success of the branch dedicated to Digital Marketing courses. This role involves managing admissions, student engagement, faculty coordination, and overall performance of the branch while ensuring academic excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Digital Marketing Unit.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure delivery of high-quality training programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage faculty and support staff for the Digital Marketing course.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to enhance placements and internships.
• Monitor student progress, satisfaction, and outcomes; implement improvements where needed.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and visibility of the course.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, revenue, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, education management, or training institutions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business and operational targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
