Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our education consultancy branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales, overseeing daily branch operations, managing the team, and ensuring overall business growth and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the Dubai branch
- Drive B2C sales through student counseling, conversions, and enrolment targets
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and sales targets
- Lead, train, and manage counselors and branch staff
- Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and KPIs
- Ensure smooth admissions processes and high-quality student support
- Coordinate marketing activities such as seminars, events, school visits, and education fairs
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or sales
- Proven experience handling both B2B and B2C sales
- Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Experience working in the UAE education consultancy market
- Existing network with educational institutions or partners
