BRANCH MANAGER (FAISALABAD)

Sigma Refrigeration Limited, a leading manufacturer and marketer of refrigeration and home appliance products, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for its Faisalabad Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the region.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead and supervise the branch sales team to ensure optimum performance.
• Ensure effective inventory management, reporting, and branch operations.
• Coordinate with Head Office for sales planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, dealer network management, or distribution sales, in home appliances, electronics, refrigeration, sectors.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Must possess leadership and team management capabilities.
