Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage daily check-ins/check-outs and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/front desk area
- Assist in coordinating treatments and consultation schedules
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Maintain and update client logs and administrative records
Requirements:
- Make & Female candidates
- Presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of phone/WhatsApp/computer tools
- Well-organized, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work flexible shifts (including evenings if required)
