The Branch Manager at the Cascade Branch is responsible for the daily operations of the branch. Responsible for providing oversight and direction to branch staff. Coaches and develops employees and ensures branch activity drives overall profitability of the branch and meets Credit Union goals and objectives. Models exceptional member service and resolves complex member issues.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience. One year of prior supervisory experience in a branch required.
Education:
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Branch Hours: Our business hours at this branch are Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm
