Branch Manager – Immigration Services

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our branch operations. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational management. The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and convert clients for business and work immigration services.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and client acquisition metrics for senior management.
• Ensure the branch meets legal and regulatory requirements related to immigration services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and operational management capabilities.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
