We specialize in navigating the complexities of immigration procedures, helping our clients achieve their personal and professional goals for attaining various visa categories. Our major services are Global Visit Visas for Leisure and Business, Work permit Applications, Travel and PR gateways. We are seeking a target oriented results-driven and experienced Immigration and Travel industry Branch Manager to join our office in Dubai. In this role, your core focus will be on driving branch sales, operations, brand promotions and building client relationships, establishing B2B and B2Cs while offering tailored services with clarity and transparency for the entire branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities through consultation with prospective clients, offering them personalized immigration solutions.
  • Provide in-depth immigration advice across a variety of programs, including visit visas, permanent residency, work permit applications and travel.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to handle client escalations professionally with satisfactory solution.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Set clear performance goals and metrics for sales and branch revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct initial assessments of clients’ immigration needs, recommending the most suitable options based on eligibility and requirements for various visa services.
  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing clients and provide solutions and support for processing team.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and ongoing support throughout the immigration process.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring they understand the services and costs involved.
  • Track and report on sales and branch activities, client feedback, and market trends to improve service delivery and drive business growth.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand products, services, sales techniques and office etiquette.
  • Take necessary actions and steps throughout a client's process till the end of service.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing professional development.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate new business leads and enhance company visibility.
  • Facilitate all necessary requirements along with Marketing Manager for lead generation and requirements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and sales staff to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in immigration and travel industry is mandatory with leading a team.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets for individual and the team.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration and travel programs and services, especially in key markets .
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability in handling all customer escalations diplomatically with appropriate solutions and steps to be taken.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Office Timings:

Monday to Friday: 09:30AM to 06:30PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM to 03:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
