Our mission is to empower beauty providers with reliable equipment, exceptional service, and a seamless purchasing experience - both online and through our showrooms.We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our Houston showroom and sales operations. Texas represents a major growth market for our business, and this role is critical in scaling revenue, improving team performance, and expanding our regional footprint.You will oversee a small sales team (currently 2 Sales Representatives), take ownership of branch performance, and play a direct role in sales performance, revenue growth, training, and developing top talent for team Texas.
This is a hands-on supervisor role. The Branch Manager is not only responsible for leading the team but is also an active salesperson. You will be expected to drive your own sales pipeline, close deals, and lead by example while managing and developing your team.Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Monitor daily activity metrics (calls, appointments, conversions) using CRM tools (HubSpot)
- Drive both individual and team sales performance, including your own personal sales targets
- Address attendance, productivity, and performance issues proactively
Branch Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue in Houston and across Texas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, organizations, and local businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Travel locally for business development, presentations, and client meetings
Hiring, Training & Team Development
- Make final hiring decisions for the Houston branch
- Onboard, train, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Implement company training programs and continuously improve team capabilities
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service both in-showroom and over the phone
- Oversee showroom operations, including inventory management and merchandising
- Delegate effectively to ensure all operational tasks are completed on time
- Maintain high standards for client experience and brand representation
Events & Business Development
- Plan and execute a minimum of 2 local events per month (Houston showroom)
- Develop and deliver presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs
- Partner with internal teams to maximize event success and lead generation
- Manage and convert leads generated through events and outreach
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission (up to $60,000-$75,000/year with commission)
- Additional performance-based incentives
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in sales leadership or branch/store management
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing a sales team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in showroom, retail, or B2B sales environments.
- Call center, Sales management and/or business development experience.
- Ability to close high volume sales, analyze performance data and drive actionable improvements.
This position reports to the Head of Sales.
