Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with a background in Logistics / Roadlines / Transport industry to oversee daily branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving operational and revenue targets, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth overall functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations in logistics/roadlines setup
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business and dispatch targets
• Oversee booking, dispatch, delivery coordination, and branch-level logistics operations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and operational efficiency
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure excellent service standards
• Monitor sales, operations, and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport rules, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain branch discipline, attendance, and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with head office, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a supervisory role
• Mandatory experience in Logistics / Roadlines / Transport industry
• Graduate in any discipline (postgraduate preferred)
• Proven track record in branch operations, team handling, and logistics management
