Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in branch/store management.
• Previous experience in fashion retail branch management is essential.
• Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
