We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and compassionate Branch Manager to lead our Marin office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and enjoys a balance of independent work and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home care assessments for new and existing clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding of caregivers
  • Manage and support a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality service
  • Uphold company standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing needs
  • Previous experience in home care, senior care, or management is a plus but not required

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri, hybrid remote (mix of home and field work)
  • Compensation: $25/hr
  • Location: Marin County & surrounding areas
