Branch Manager – Restaurant Operations & Administration

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About Us

Uncle Shawerma is looking for a highly organized and experienced Branch Manager to oversee both restaurant operations and back-office administration, ensuring smooth daily performance, strong sales, and full compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Supervise kitchen, cashier, and service staff
  • Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Monitor branch sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance

Back Office & Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare daily sales reports, branch performance reports, and weekly updates
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave coordination
  • Handle branch documentation and filing systems
  • Monitor labor cost and operational expenses
  • Coordinate directly with head office regarding operational requirements
  • Process supplier coordination and follow up on deliveries
  • Monitor inventory reports, stock variance, and wastage control
  • Prepare purchase requests and monitor branch expenses
  • Ensure all municipality, health, and trade license requirements are updated
  • Manage petty cash and basic branch financial records
  • Track branch KPIs and submit reports to management
  • Ensure implementation of company SOPs and internal policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a Branch Manager in restaurant or fast-food operations
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant back-office administration
  • Experience in reporting, scheduling, inventory control, and documentation
  • Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and sales analysis
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, POS systems, reporting tools)
  • Experience in shawarma / quick service restaurant is a major advantage
  • Currently available in UAE

Preferred Skills

  • Can analyze sales trends and create action plans
  • Strong communication with suppliers and management
  • Ability to improve branch performance through operational planning
  • Can manage both floor operations and office/admin responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
