Role Summary:
The Branch Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations while focusing on business development and sales growth. This role is ideal for a result-driven professional with strong experience in freight forwarding sales and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch-level sales and business development activities in the freight forwarding sector
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and expand client base
- Acquire new customers and manage key accounts across air, sea, and road freight
- Hire, train, and manage the local sales and support team (as required)
- Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, customer service) to ensure service quality
- Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, shipping lines, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or branch management role
- Strong local market knowledge (Ahmedabad/Gujarat region) and client network
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of sales achievements and client retention
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
