Job Description:
PNY Trainings is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager for its Sargodha campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the branch team, and ensuring admissions growth through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets set by management.
- Lead, build, and motivate the branch team to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of admission campaigns and student counseling.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize student enrollments.
- Monitor daily operations of the branch and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and local partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Generate reports on sales, admissions, and branch performance for senior management.
- Ensure the branch meets growth objectives and contributes positively to organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Marketing or related field).
- 2–3 years of prior sales experience (education sector preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
