Job Title: Branch Manager – Shipping & Logistics Unit.

Position Overview:

The Branch Manager – Shipping & Logistics Unit will be responsible for managing and expanding the branch dedicated to Shipping & Logistics courses. This role includes overseeing academic delivery, student enrollment, faculty management, and ensuring industry relevance while driving the growth and success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations of the Shipping & Logistics Unit.
• Drive student enrollment and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the academic team to deliver high-quality logistics and supply chain training programs.
• Recruit, guide, and support faculty members and staff within the unit.
• Build strong relationships with logistics companies, shipping agencies, and supply chain partners for placements, internships, and industry projects.
• Monitor student learning outcomes, satisfaction, and career progression; implement continuous improvements.
• Conduct marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the Shipping & Logistics courses.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies, quality standards, and industry compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports on academic performance, branch growth, and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain management, or academic/training management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes, warehousing, freight forwarding, and international trade practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing business targets and operational performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
