Branch Manager Showroom

Department: Sales & Operations
Location: Lahore – Ferozpur Road Showroom
Reporting To: Head Office / Directors
Team Size: 11–20 Staff

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
•   Own and deliver monthly revenue and gross margin targets for the branch
•   Develop and execute a structured sales plan covering retail, contractor, B2B (builders, architects, interior designers), and project channels
•   Personally drive high-value accounts and project pipeline; close large-ticket deals
•   Monitor daily sales activity, footfall conversion rates, and average transaction value
•   Step in personally to close high-value or complex deals that the sales team is unable to handle independently
Team Management
•   Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 11–20 sales and support staff
•   Set individual sales targets; conduct regular performance reviews with clear accountability
•   Resolve staff conflicts, maintain discipline, and ensure a professional showroom environment
•   Develop team capability through on-the-job coaching and product knowledge sessions
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
•   Ensure a consistently high-quality experience for retail and trade customers
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders•   Identify, negotiate, and sign MOUs with architects, contractors, project developers, and government institutions including C&W (Communication & Works Department) and sub-contractors of government projects — to secure preferred supplier status and long-term business pipelines
•   Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
•   Ensure showroom presentation standards (display, cleanliness, signage) are upheld at all times
Operations & Inventory
•   Oversee showroom operations including stock management, display rotation, and merchandise availability
•   Coordinate with Head Office and warehouse on replenishment, order fulfilment, and delivery timelines
•   Monitor and control branch-level operating costs and petty cash
•   Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and reporting requirements
Reporting & Analytics
•   Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports to Head Office
•   Track KPIs: revenue, margins, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and staff productivity
•   Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and product demand
•   Identify and report to Head Office the reasons behind lost projects or failed sales — with root cause analysis and actionable suggestions for improvement

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
•   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/BBA preferred
•   Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and team management, with at least 3–4 years directly managing a team of 10 or more people
•   Personal, demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales or revenue targets — not just supervising a team that did
•   Experience across any industry is acceptable: telecom, pharma, FMCG, banking, building materials, or other sectors with similar sales complexity are all considered
•   Strong command of Urdu (spoken and written); working proficiency in English for reporting and communication purposes
•   Presentable personality with polished communication skills — able to instil confidence in clients and command respect from team
Desirable
•   Prior background in building materials, tiles, sanitary fittings, kitchens, or home solutions
•   Established network with contractors, architects, interior designers, or property developers in Lahore•   Familiarity with ERP or POS systems for sales and inventory management
