Job Description:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Learn and assist in supervising the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring processes adhere to company standards for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock supervision protocols, including organizing, checking, and securing inventory.

Rail & Logistics Handling:

• Participate in the oversight of rail handling activities, learning the specifics of receiving and dispatching goods via rail.
• Understand the coordination required for timely loading and unloading of materials, minimizing demurrage and maximizing throughput.

Labor Supervision & Coordination:

• Assist the manager in the supervision and coordination of the labor force (internal and contractual).
• Learn effective communication and management techniques to ensure high productivity, compliance with safety regulations, and proper task allocation.

Inventory Control & Documentation:

• Hands-on participation in the tallying and physical verification of quantities for all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
• Assist in the accurate and timely updating of inward and outward stock flow in both the company's designated systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and physical records/books.
• Understand the importance of meticulous record-keeping, as all stock movements and documentation are subject to internal company audits and verification by external parties.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
