Branch Operation Manager (Facility Management)

We are hiring a Branch Operations Manager ( Housekeeping Division) for one of our facility client, who oversees the daily operations of the branch, ensures high quality service delivery, manages staff, and maintain client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations, and handling client escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Direct daily branch operations, including facility maintenance, cleaning services, and technical services to ensure smooth functioning.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Hire, train, motivate, and supervise branch staff, including conducting performance evaluations.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, resolve service complaints, and act as the main point of contact for client escalations.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry-specific safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Financial Control: Monitor branch expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to increase profitability.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, expenses, and overall branch performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
