About Us

We are a premium luxury car body shop and automotive repair center in Dubai, specializing in high-end vehicle body repair, paint restoration, detailing, and accident repair services for luxury and exotic brands. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury car body shop and workshop.
• Supervise workshop staff including technicians, painters, estimators, and service advisors.
• Ensure repair jobs are completed on time, within budget, and according to manufacturer and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and workshop performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers regarding repairs and approvals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Implement operational procedures, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement of parts/materials, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and provide management with performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety policies, and company procedures.
• Drive business growth by improving operational efficiency and customer retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Workshop Manager in a luxury car body shop, dealership, or automotive service center.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and exotic vehicle brands, body repair processes, paint systems, and insurance claims handling.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using workshop management systems and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE automotive market and customer service standards preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
