Branch Sales Manager

• Responsible for leading branch sales operations by managing a team of ROs/RMs
• Ensuring customer acquisition, developer and channel relationship management,
• Achievement of monthly and annual business targets, and delivering overall branch profitability.
• The role also focuses on training, developing, and monitoring team members while ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
