    Lead and mentor field service engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

    Set performance targets, conduct training programs, and ensure skill upgradation.

    Monitor manpower utilization and optimize field coverage efficiency.

  Customer Relationship Management

  • 
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • 
    Handle escalated complaints and ensure quick resolution.

  • 
    Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.

  Technical & Process Improvement

  • 
    Provide technical guidance and support to service teams.

  • 
    Collaborate with R&D and Production teams for product quality feedback and improvements.

  • 
    Drive digital tools adoption for service reporting and monitoring.

  Business & Financial Management

  • 
    Control service costs and improve service profitability.

  • 
    Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and spare part sales.

  • 
    Analyze service data to identify trends and prepare monthly performance reports.
