Branch Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead branch staff to meet performance goals
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch
• Monitor and manage inventory, sales, and customer service activities
• Train and support team members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
