Branch Supervisor

Job Title: Branch Supervisor – Al Ain & Dubai Branches

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 6,000

Location: Al Ain & Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strong and dynamic Branch Supervisor to oversee the operations of our branches in Al Ain and Dubai . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to manage teams efficiently. Candidates with F&B industry experience, particularly in cakes, flowers, or retail , will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10+ employees , ensuring high performance and discipline.
• Maintain company standards in customer service, product handling, and branch operations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper inventory management and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Implement company policies, systems, and procedures effectively.
• Maintain a presentable and professional branch environment.
• Report directly to the Head Office on branch performance and challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in F&B, cakes, flowers, or retail industry .
• Strong personality with leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and good communication skills in English.
• Presentable, disciplined, and reliable.
• Experience in using operational systems and software.
• Candidates with F&B or retail supervision background will be prioritized.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Arabic speaker with a strong, confident, and approachable personality.
• Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ people .
• Prior work experience in cakes, flowers, or retail outlets will be a strong advantage.
