Branch Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with Mechanical knowledge to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service within the automotive service industry.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, operational knowledge, and proven experience in managing automotive service or tyre industry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, sales performance, and customer service standards
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and company standards
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prepare monthly sales reports, branch performance reports, and operational updates
• Manage branch budgets, stock control, and operational expenses
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local business partners
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets with proper profit margins
• Identify operational improvements and implement corrective actions where required
• Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and business opportunities
• Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Automotive Service Industry (Mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Branch Supervisor , Service Manager, or Operations Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Good understanding of tyres, automotive services, and customer handling
• Ability to manage sales targets, branch profitability, and staff performance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good business development and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch reporting systems
• Immediate joiners preferred.
