Note: This is NOT a finance or accounting role.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to handle client accounts and act as the primary point of communication between the company and its customers. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth delivery of services.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand goals, requirements, and expectations
  • Manage day-to-day account activities and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, ads, operations, etc.) to execute client requests
  • Share updates, reports, and performance insights with clients
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and company capabilities
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account status
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or long-term collaboration
  • Support onboarding of new clients and smooth handover processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of marketing or operational workflows
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles
