About the Job

The Brand Advisor is responsible for representing the company’s brand values, engaging with prospective clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on educating clients about the brand, projects, and offerings while supporting lead conversion and long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the company’s values and image.
• Engage with walk-in, inbound, and assigned leads in sales centers and events.
• Present projects, brand story, and value propositions clearly and confidently.
• Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable offerings.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate client interactions and lead updates in the CRM system.
• Support sales closures by assisting sales consultants and managers.
• Participate in brand events, launches, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Collect and share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or real estate preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may be considered
