Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. Duties

• Engage with customers at events and retail locations to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring an engaging customer experience.
• Collect data on customer interactions and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage social media platforms by creating content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships with consumers.
• Utilize strong communication skills for public speaking engagements, representing the brand at various events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective branding strategies that align with company goals.
• Participate in event marketing initiatives to increase brand presence within the community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong background in event marketing or customer service is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data collection methods for market research purposes.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices for engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
