Brand Ambassador

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers at various events and locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for marketing, with the ability to effectively promote our products and services. This role requires a proactive individual who can create memorable experiences for customers while collecting valuable data to enhance our marketing strategies.

Duties

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings.
• Collect data on customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform future marketing efforts.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and engages the audience.
• Participate in event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, community events, and promotional activities.
• Utilize strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive product sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Represent the brand at public speaking engagements, sharing insights about products and services with diverse audiences.
• Assist in branding efforts by maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
